  • 2004-2006: University of Québec in Montreal (UQAM), Masters degree in Political Science, with specialization in International Law.
  • 1994-1997: Laval University, Certificat en Administration (1-year diploma in Business) and Certificat en Droit (1-year diploma in Law).

Research interests

My masters curriculum—without thesis—allowed me to pursue various research interests such as Internet governance and the development of an information commons, federal systems of the World, the international drug control regime and its effects on human rights.
